The Production Ministry is the technical heartbeat of Heirs Christian Center Church, ensuring that sound, media, and visual excellence support every worship service and ministry event. This ministry exists to enhance the worship experience by creating an atmosphere where the Word of God and the presence of the Holy Spirit are communicated clearly and powerfully through audio, video, and digital platforms.

The Production Ministry provides oversight, training, and coordination of all production-related activities. From live sound and recording to video editing, social media, and marketing tools, the ministry plays a vital role in equipping Heirs to reach both in-house and online audiences with excellence.

Purpose

1. Coordinate all aspects of audio, visual, media, and social network production at Heirs.
2. Provide consistent volunteer training and technical development.
3. Support services, rehearsals, and events with professional-level production.
4. Enhance ministry impact through creative media, recording, and marketing tools.
5. Maintain strong stewardship of equipment, resources, and production systems.

Coordinator Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all production activities (audio, visual, and media).
• Recruit, train, and develop ministry team volunteers.
• Ensure volunteers serve at all services, events, and productions.
• Provide support in video editing, social media posting, recording, photography, and marketing tools.
• Maintain accurate records, equipment inventory, and monthly reports.
• Assist the Arts Ministry and other Helps Ministries with productions, rehearsals, and events.
• Lead prayer targets and practical assignments to keep the ministry spiritually alive and technically growing.
• Conduct group workshops and one-on-one training for volunteers and members.
